With a Young Entrepreneur award and over two decades in the education industry, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge to advance childcare and ensure excellence in nurturing and development.

Ilona is from Georgia. With a Bachelor’s in foreign languages, She has beenwith Boost+ for 5+ years. She loves fostering creativity in children throughrhymes, stories, and games. She aims to instill independence and promotegood hygiene for healthy living. Crafting educational strategies andimproving our academy drives her passion.
Erin Mongelli
Robotics Mentor
Erin Mongelli, a dedicated educator at IPSD 204 in Illinois, brings over 25 years of teaching experience. She leads Elementary and middle school Robotics Programs and serves as a Project Arrow teacher, inspiring young minds through STEM. A mom of 5 and active volunteer & leader in educational and historical organizations, Erin’s expertise is invaluable to Boost+ Robotics!
