From School to Success Grades: 6–8
Designed for curious and ambitious young minds in grades six through eight (ages 11–14), this book takes pre-teens on an exciting journey into the world of entrepreneurship. At this stage, students are energetic, imaginative, and ready to think beyond the classroom—making it the perfect time to introduce them to the skills and mindset of building a business.
From School to Success Grades: 1–5
Blending real-life lessons from parenting and teaching, this book introduces kids in Grades 1–5 to the exciting world of business. Founder
Mili Srivastava, the visionary founder of BoostPlus, is a trailblazer in early childhood education and enrichment. With over two decades of experience in the education industry, she has been instrumental in shaping innovative learning environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young minds.
Nithya
Art and Enrichment
Nithya, an artist by heart and profession, brings creativity, passion, and purpose to every classroom she enters. With over a decade of experience in art education, she has had the joy of guiding children aged 3 to 16 years, helping them discover and express their imagination through colors, textures, and creative storytelling.
Erin Mongelli
Robotics Mentor
Erin Mongelli is a passionate and seasoned educator with over 25 years of teaching experience in IPSD 204, Illinois (USA). As a leader in Elementary and Middle School Robotics Programs and a Project Arrow teacher, Erin has been at the forefront of integrating hands-on STEM learning into classrooms, inspiring young minds to think critically and innovate boldly.
Ilona
Rhymes, Stories, and Games
Ilona, originally from Georgia, brings warmth, creativity, and global perspective to her role at BoostPlus Academy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and over five years of experience at Boost+, she has become a beloved educator known for her engaging and nurturing teaching style.
Divya
Dance, Health, and Yoga
Divya is a passionate advocate for movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. With a deep love for dance, health, and yoga, she brings energy, grace, and balance to every class she teaches. For the past two years, Divya has been an integral part of BoostPlus Academy, inspiring young learners to embrace fitness, rhythm, and self-awareness through engaging and joyful sessions.
